The property was spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. It felt luxurious. The TV had several Apps available to use and the kitchen had a microwave as well as the oven, kettle and large fridge freezer. There was an en suite shower room and a separate shower room. The furniture was comfortable.
Communication before and during our stay via WhatsApp was great with very quick response times.

A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi! It’s a new hotel and as expected, the facilities are in perfect condition. Architecture and design are also outstanding, given a small hotel ( I’m very into these kind of aspects when staying at hotels haha). And wowww the room, so nice and spacious, the bed was so so comfy :) The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us during the stay and also give us amazing recommendations on what to do in Hanoi. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious with a variety of choices on local food.
