The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, and in a prime location for exploring old town. The service was exceptional. We must specifically credit our host, Andy for his over and above service. He was informative and engaging. His English is excellent and he attended to our requests with the utmost courtesy. The entire staff was wonderful.

Location perfect (middle of old quarter), owner is very nice and helpful (brought us heater upon request and let us leave our bags there when we came back to Hanoi 3 days after check-out). Apartment has everything you need.
Acces to apartment is with steep steps or with elevator.
