The staff was amazing, so helpful and considerate. We actually arrived 6/7 hours before the check in time but they allowed us to check in much sooner once a room was available and we were so grateful for that. Location was also perfect, very central and close to all the making tourist spots as well as fantastic local eateries. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book it again if I ever go back to Hanoi.

Great stay, clean rooms and central location! All the staff were amazing, especially Ms Lisa, one of the receptionist. I appreciated how transparent they were with the noise, as there is a nightclub right next door. They were very reassuring that they would be happy to move me to another hotel if the noise was too disruptive.

The location was great as its right in the middle of city centre. The service was amazing, staff were so friendly, room was super clean and great breakfast. Everything was perfect (thats rare but this hotel indeed is perfect)

The host is absolutely incredible, helped us with everything and anything (AC wasn't working so his nephew came and fixed it, amazing!) The location is in the centre of old town and yet it is very quiet. The room itself is very cozy.

The service provided by the receptionists was exceptional and very welcoming. Even from the very start, Ms. Rory, our receptionist, entertained us right away, explaining the different amenities of the hotel and the best places to visit in the Old Quarter in Ha Noi. All of this was very useful and insightful in guiding us to have the best experience during our limited stay. Moreover, the receptionists were also very accommodating in serving us food and being available even though we had an early checkout of 4:00 AM. The service was more than excellent, and I could say the best throughout our trip to Vietnam!

Nice little hotel with a nice location in the old quarters of Hanoi. Super friendly staff that was really helpful when our trip took a wrong turn with food poisoning. It is not luxury but it is well worth the money you pay for it.

The staff was absolutely the highlight of this place. Sooooo kind and wonderful and helpful! They really took care of us. Location was perfect but the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and the bathrooms could use a reno haha. But those 2 things compared to the good stuff doesn't hold up.
