The place is near to restaurants, market ,shops and walking distance to the lake and train strret. The staffs are friendly, helpful and especially Tao assisted us to booked a limo van going to the Incence Village and airport. Our room was upgraded.

Excellent. Everything was great with helpful tips on local travel, arranging tours to halong bay and the loop. We left our luggage at the hotel almost 10 days when traveling around without being charged even a small amount. Great choice to stay in hanoi. Location perfect (middle of old quarter), owner is very nice and helpful (brought us heater upon request and let us leave our bags there when we came back to Hanoi 3 days after check-out). Apartment has everything you need. Acces to apartment is with steep steps or with elevator.
