The hotel is in a centrally located area of the Old Quarter and is very walkable to many of the delicious restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with many options and service was fantastic. The rooftop bar was also a great place to unwind from a busy day of sightseeing (happy hour is 2 for 1 with excellent cocktails and service). Overall a great stay and highly recommended.

Near the lake and the bar also my favourite supper. The staff Annie, Thai and the guy (forgot to ask the name) who do the night shift were so helpful and friendly. highly recommended!!!

Great location in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are large, fully equipped and immaculately clean. The beds are very big and super comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with a very nice combination of western and local options. The coffee is really really good. On top of all that, is the staff. Super friendly and accommodating while being super professional. I cannot recommend this place more. Would love to stay here again whenever I get back to Hanoi.

Staff lovely and help you out when needed. Rooms were pretty small but the beds were so comfy! For the price your paying this room is amazing!!! Close to everything in the centre!

We stayed at MiaCasa OldQuarter and really enjoyed it! The place is just a few steps from Ta Hien Street, so it’s super convenient if you want to explore the Old Quarter. The apartment was very clean and nicely set up. There’s a big bedroom with a wardrobe downstairs, and a cozy room upstairs. The Netflix projector and fast Wi-Fi were a nice bonus, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The best part was the terrace! It has plenty of seating and a barbecue, which made it a great spot to hang out in the evening. Check-in was simple, and the host was quick to respond. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi.
