Only spending the night passing from Da Nẵng to Ninh Ninh Binh, we figured this place was near night market and beer corner so we could take a quick look around Hanoi without hustle and be ready for out shuttle the next morning. Excellent location. The hotel is pleasant, the dining room is charming and the meals are good. There is also a cool bar on the roof. But what really makes this hotel special is the service and kindness of the staff. We were in contact with Ryan and Liam from the hotel staff, weeks before we arrived, through WhatsApp conversations, and through them we arranged various transportation (to Tam coc and Halong Bay), also a cruise that included accommodation. Everything was exellant and worked great. The payment was collected only when we arrived at the hotel. They were kind and helpful, in an unusual manner.
The quality of the hotel is unique and is mainly due to its professional service personnel.
