We had the pleasure of staying at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa in Hanoi on two separate occasions during our trip to Vietnam, and each stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Sally and her amazing team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and completely taken care of.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of personal service. Sally organised all of our airport transfers seamlessly, and even helped us choose and book a fantastic restaurant for dinner. No request was ever too much trouble—they were always just a WhatsApp message away, ready to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay.
We booked the Executive Suite, and the room exceeded our expectations both times. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt well thought out, and the consistency across both stays was impressive.
Honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. Our experience at Salute Premium Hotel & Spa made our time in Hanoi so much easier and more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, and we will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Great hotel. Loved the staff. So welcoming and kind. Can definitely recommend. The breakfast was really good. They made eggs, pancakes ecc.
They made our stay super nice.
Only thing to point out was the cleaning, eg our cups weren’t change the next day.

After spending some time there I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Staff are great and room with balcony is perfect. Breakfast was good as well

Very friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable bed. We only stayed 1 night and had to leave early the next morning, so we couldn't enjoy the breakfast or other facilities. However, they were kind enough to pack us a breakfast to go. Would recommend this hotel!

Was there during a beautiful Christmas season makeover. Every step, from the doormen outside the hotel to the staff A-Z inside the hotel was special. The lobby staff were particularly welcoming and gracious.
