If you're reading this review, go ahead and book this place without a second thought. Loved everything about this place. This is located in the heart of the bustling Hanoi market area with access to everything you need. The staff, particularly Lily, were amazing. We planned to stay one night, but ended up spending three nights. We booked a day tour to Ninh binh with their help. In fact, we were traveling to Da Nang after Hanoi and Lily helped us book a highly customised tour in Da Nang for Bana Hills which saved us a lot of time and travel. While we were checking out, they gifted us a cute Vietnamese couple magnet set which we thought was a very heart warming gesture. Whenever we come back to Hanoi again, we know where we'll be staying :)

Staff were exeptional. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was just the perfect size. Good amenedies. Being located in the middle of old town it was super quiet and peaceful. They let us use the facilities when we came early. They kept our luggage while we were on a 2 day tour after checkout. Definetly recommend and would come again.

It was a truly amazing stay with Scent Premium. My trip was made totally free of fuss even before arriving in Vietnam with a ride booked for us from the airport by the staff. Once we arrived, the attentive staff offered us complimentary drinks while we awaited the check in. They also made it completely effortless for early checkin and room upgrade at around 10 in the morning at our request. Conditions of the property itself totally exceeded my expectations from its chic looking facades to every piece of furniture and equipment it contains.
