If you want to enjoy very kind and authentic service, very, tidy rooms and a cozy atmosphere for a more than an acceptable price, this is the place to go. My husband and I stayed here the third time within one year and we felt very comfortable. A very big compliment to the stuff, who was unbelievably helpful to us whenever there was any concern or question. Whenever we come to Hanoi, this is the place we' ll stay!
Besides, the street in front of the hotel was renewed and now it is much easier to access the hotel. ^^

We stayed here on our last day at Vietnam. It was one of our most favorite stays of our whole trip, even though it was for one day. We wished we had been able to stay here earlier. But unfortunately it was sold out on our first days at Hanoi.
The room was spotless, comfy and they gave us a free update as well! The staff were superr kind to us, always asked us how we were doing, and whether we needed anything. They arranged for us a ride to go to the Airport at a lower fare than grab, and were so kind enough to make sure we made it safely. The hospitality and the kindness of the staff here will always be memorable. I would recommend everyone to stay here while at Hanoi.

All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. Hotel is new, clean and in a perfect location. You are right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. We got an upgrade to a family room which is very spacious. Breakfast is abundant & delicious Coffee, however, is quite watery though. We are very happy with our stay and will come back.

The staff are extremely attentive and caring. I've never had such great hospitality ever. Liam lee was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal.

The staff were so cheerful and helpful, always with a welcome smile. They were all very attentive, always offer a nice cold lemonade when we came back from a hot day trip.
