If you want to enjoy very kind and authentic service, very, tidy rooms and a cozy atmosphere for a more than an acceptable price, this is the place to go. My husband and I stayed here the third time within one year and we felt very comfortable. A very big compliment to the stuff, who was unbelievably helpful to us whenever there was any concern or question. Whenever we come to Hanoi, this is the place we' ll stay!
Besides, the street in front of the hotel was renewed and now it is much easier to access the hotel. ^^

It was perfectly placed for everything we wanted.our room was small but super clean and because we were sort of in the middle of the hotel it was nice and quiet.The delightful young lady at the desk went out of her way to help. The breakfast was lovely .the cleaning girls were super quick and efficient . I really can’t say enough good things about it .

All the staffs are very friendly & helpful. Hotel is new, clean and in a perfect location. You are right in the middle of Hanoi old quarter. We got an upgrade to a family room which is very spacious. Breakfast is abundant & delicious Coffee, however, is quite watery though. We are very happy with our stay and will come back.

The staff are extremely attentive and caring. I've never had such great hospitality ever. Liam lee was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal.

Staff prepared welcome hot tea, with very good aroma. Room are so comfy. Bedroom and bath room are well designed. I received very good hospitality, especially from Jenny.
And at the end of my stay, the hotel gave me a pack of Vietnamese coffees as a souvenir. What a surprise! I would like to stay again in the future.
