Fantastic location, walking distance from nearly everything; great great breakfast; very helpful and hospitable staff. Some rooms may not be on the elevator side, but staff will help you lifting the luggage for free so not to worry. Comfortable bed, good AC and water, etc. Will recommend and come back for!

Rosie is extremely helpful and patient. She booked excursions for me to Sapa and Halong Bay, as well as a flight to Danang. And when I was disappointed with part of the Sapa trek Rosie quickly and willingly arranged the necessary changes for me. She's the most exceptional hotel owner and manager I've ever met, she really goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her guests enjoy their visit to Vietnam.

Great location just out of the busy area of the old quarter but still within walking distance. Very quiet inside the rooms. Must be sound proofed well. We had one of the cheaper rooms one night and the terrace another night. After staying in the heart of the busy old quarter the night before with the noise.. this was a nice change. I would choose to stay here next time in Hanoi for sure. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Incredible team spirit among the young staff led by an experienced manager. They accomodated all my needs - changing my room (originally without a window) to the one with daylight as promised. Relativly qiet considering the crazy constant party neighbourhood. Luxurious SPA with super professionals dignosing your needs and health restrictions for the best experience. Spactacular breakfast with a wide selection of healthy dishes, fruit, salads. Aromatic coffee! Great place to relax on the roof, including a swimming pool with the view over the city. Very reliable airport tranfers.

Our trip to Vietnam both started and ended at CLASSYC Hotel – and it couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
