What really makes this hotel special, is their staff. Always kind, smiling, happy to help and provide information - I’ve never experienced such amazing welcome in a hotel. Anna and Tom took great care of me and made sure my stay went amazingly. Plus, the hotel is located right in the heart of the Old Town, which makes sightseeing very easy. The breakfast is awesome, with many a la carte options such as pho, omelettes, crepes, bahn mi… and you can order as much as you can eat! The rooms are clean and it’s a great value for money.

The old quarter view Hostel is in an excellent location in the middle of the Old Quarter district. I was able to reach many sights on foot and never had any problems finding my way around. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they even helped me when I had to do the laundry at short notice before departure or when I wanted to do a day trip to Ninh Binh and only got in touch with them the evening before (the day trip was great by the way and I really recommend it!). The beds were clean and the bathroom (I was in the 4 bed only female dorm room) was an absolute highlight.

We had a great stay of 3 nights at the Hanoi Salute Hotel & Spa in the Old Quarter. Every staff member we met was delightful and super helpful, and they did their best to ensure we felt at home, from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They also helped us with Ha Long Bay cruise booking which made things so much easier. The room is neat and well designed, and the bed is very comfortable. Great breakfast with a wide selection of food to cater for all. Many thanks to Sue and the team. Highly recommended, 10/10.

Everything was amazing. We were in Vietnam for two weeks and this Hotel was the best. Super clean, great location, very friendly staff, great brekfast. Also, the bis tot the airport is 30 sec walk which is super convenient.
