It trumps for its location. Walking distance to the Haon Kiem lake which decks up on weeeknd nights making it a pedestrian only zone. One must not miss out on the lovely bar on the 10th floor. The bartender Michael speaks fluent English and takes great care and makes lovely cocktails which are priced reasonably compared to the bars outside. Very comfortable stay and polite, courteous staff.

This hotel is perfect, it's super clean (rare for Hanoi) and the staff is really friendly. Late check-in at the middle of the night was no problem. Nice transportation to the airport also, AC big car with water bottles. No problem to leave our bags with them for a week, without extra cost.

Everything was amazing. We were in Vietnam for two weeks and this Hotel was the best. Super clean, great location, very friendly staff, great brekfast. Also, the bis tot the airport is 30 sec walk which is super convenient.

The location is pretty central. The front office staff was helpful on recommending things to do around the Old Quarter and city centre. They also helped me to booked airport transfer and it was reasonably priced. The hotel very accommodative by allowing me to checked in early without additional charges even though I arrived few hours before the check in time.
The breakfast was great and great variety of food. The room was clean and quite spacious. The air conditioner can be adjusted. Hot water pressure was good.

Excellent value for money. The location is very good. To the lake and the pedestrian area with all the main attractions, only 5 minutes on foot. Clean and cozy rooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff… Mr. Walkie best receptionist ever :) The service is excellent. Went to Halong Bay from the hotel's travel company. Everything was great! Best recommendations.
