My stay at this hotel was truly impressive. While the room itself was fairly average — clean, functional, and with all the basics covered what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the staff.
From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt sincere and professional. The team consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, always with genuine warmth and attention to detail.
We faced an unexpected change in travel plans and had to adjust our stay at the last minute. The staff handled the situation quickly and smoothly, offering support without hesitation. It really made a difference.
If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff treat you like a valued guest rather than just a booking number, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location is perfect for exploring the area. Rooms are large with a very comfortable bed and large bathroom. Staff are knowledge, most speak very good English and have great recommendations (Jimmy on the front desk is a gem for this hotel). The breakfast is buffet has lots of options and the best coffee machine and there are lots of great eating places on the street as well a places to get massages. The hotel can arrange a car for pickup from the airport for a very reasonable price.

Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and many shops/restaurants. Clean and quiet rooms (can only hear people in the corridor but minimal noise overall). Delicious breakfast with a great selection and made to order pho or eggs! Very good value for the price.

The staff are extremely attentive and caring. I've never had such great hospitality ever. Liam lee was fantastic. He made us feel very welcome and helped us a great deal.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavender, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. But the best part was the staff, they are so kind and helpful. They even helped us plan our entire north vietnam trip. I would 100% recommend staying here.

What I love the most was the staff. ALL STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND NICE. very accommodating and goes above and beyond for their guests. I want to mention Steve, he assisted us really well and very understanding and recommends tips for us first time tourists in Hanoi 🙏🏻.
The place is perfect because it's near night market but the only downside is that when the night market starts, the roads are closed and you cannot grab car from the hotel and have to walk a really short distance to the main road, but it's not a deal breaker.
We got the family room, very spacious and so clean, the bathroom is spacious as well. Good choice for a family of 4. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, it's not as cheap as the other boutique hotels of course but you'll for sure get your money's worth.

Amazing private hotel, with even greater service. We had the biggest room they have for an amazing value. The hotel is quite well located. The breakfast had a very taste Pho and was enough for us, it could have more variety but it's a smaller hotel so it's normal.
The manager also helped us whenever we had a problem or needed something
