, the equipment in the room is really great! The service staff (Lucy) who received us was very kind and communicated with us in fluent Chinese/English. Because of Lucy‘s service, we specially canceled hotels in other places on 10/14-15 and stayed at Fraser suites hanoi again on 10/14-15.

The stay was super smooth and we were very happy about the accommodation. It had everything we needed, it was very clean, we're able to do laundry, had lots of space and easy communication with the lovely hosts. Highly recommended.
We even got a radiator for the cold nights.

Appartement was very comfy and well decorated. The owner was super kind and helped us a lot. It's a bit far away from old city but it's also an experience for you can really live among local people you can find some nice cafés around and walk around west lake.
