I had such a wonderful stay here! The property is cozy, stylish, and very well maintained. The room was spotlessly clean with thoughtful details — from the comfortable bed to the warm color accents and modern design. The balcony view of the lake at sunset was simply breathtaking, making my stay even more memorable.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Both the receptionist and the security team were exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Communication was smooth and effortless, which made check-in and every interaction stress-free. I always felt welcomed and well taken care of.
Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh and tidy, and it was clear how much care goes into maintaining the property at a high standard.
Overall, this was the perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and atmosphere. I would happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

We were there for 7 days. The night before we arrived we both came down with bad cases of flu while on our trip. We arrived not well and they immediately put us into our room. We had a suite w 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. If 2 people have to recover from the flu in a hotel there can be nothing better than this one. How difficult our recovery could have been if this excellent hotel and had.not been scheduled for this part of our trip. Room service was great. They offered meals to help those unwell.

We loved our stay at Westlake Pearl Apartment - Hotel & Pearl Spa. The staff, especially Tom, went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. We had asked to reschedule our stay a few days earlier than we had booked due to travel plans that fell through, and the team were able to welcome us to their property despite the change. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment and given free breakfast coupons. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had amazing facilities with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was also excellent, with restaurants, cafes, and the west lake being in walking distance. The rooms are excellent value - will choose to stay here again when we return to Hanoi.
