Toan, the owner, is definitely one of the nicest person I’ve met during my 3 months in Vietnam. Nothing is too much to ask for.
I stayed at T Zone Hostel twice. In between both stays I was able to leave my backpack at the hostel where it has been stored safely.
I recommend booking tours with the hostel as they have good deals with the agencies.
There’s a spacious locker above the bed to store your valuables. Every bed also has a power plug and reading light. The curtains give you total privacy.
The hostel has a café downstairs with delicious coffee every morning to have a perfect start into the day. You can also order delicious & budget friendly food in the evening.
Toan dropped me off at the bus station on the day of my departure which was really appreciated. He even called me back again once I was in the bus because I forgot something in my locker and offered to bring it to the bus station straight away.
I’d definitely come back to this hostel if I come back to HCMC in the future. Hopefully Toan & his wife will have the rooftop by then ;-)

My partner and I had a lovely stay here. The check-in was smooth, the staff spoke excellent English, and the atmosphere felt classy yet relaxed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and small touches like fresh flowers in the lobby made a difference. The breakfast café nearby was also recommended by the hotel team, and it became one of our favorite spots. Just a little noisy at rush hour, but that’s expected in the center.

The staff are so lovely, kind and attentive! They provided me with a list of recommendations (restaurants, touristy places and shops) when I arrived. They carried my suitcase up to the room and showed me where everything was. The bed is a double bed with plenty of room, a wee side light and a massive locker to store your belongings. The curtain is thick and provides a lot of privacy. There are plenty of showers and toilet facilities, with toiletries and they’re very clean! At night, the big light in the room is switched off and the blue lights along the floor are switched on which has a nice vibe. Balcony outside the room is nice and the coffee is amazing!
Overall, amazing hostel! Very clean, smells amazing and staff are so lovely! Booked to stay there again!

Due to a problem with our previous hotel, we were forced to leave and look for a new place. We booked this hotel in the middle of the night, on December 20th, at 2.30 a.m. Despite the fact that booking.com does not allow us to book for the night of 19th - 20th of December, we called the hotel and they answered right away because we were dialing a local number from an international phone. We appreciate the quick response, even though it was in the middle of the night. We intend to stay for two nights (19th - 21st December). The hotel accepted payment from Booking.com for the 20th - 21st of December and charged us the same price for an extra night. We arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. and were greeted warmly. We requested a non-smoking room on the non-smoking floor ( this hotel has a certain level that allows smoking). The booking.com room was unavailable, so they gave us a twin room, but they joined the beds together. The next day, they upgraded us to a larger and extremely soundproof room on the 20th floor. This hotel provided extra toiletries and towels for every room we stayed in. I am very happy and grateful to have moved here. Definitely recommend it to anyone visiting HCMC!
