From the moment we arrived, the host and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a five-minute walk from the old town market and a variety of restaurants. Both the hotel and our room were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was included, and we especially enjoyed the delicious Banh Mi served with tea and fresh fruit.
We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hoi An.

This place is AMAZING! Staff is incredible, location so quiet and peaceful! So clean! Amazing breakfast options included! The beds are cleaned twice a day to keep sand and bugs at bay and sheets changed every two nights. Family diner nights are a must if you're around! Showers, chill areas, beds, food, peace, beach access. Great restaurants here and walking distance. Go ahead and extend your stay ahead of time. Thanh and Tien and the best! 😊😊🤗🤗✨️✨️🌴🥥🫶

If you want to relax and have the staff of the hotel plan everything for you even before you realize you wanted it, this is a place for you. Kevin really organized everything, from the pickup from the airport, to the excursions during our stay, and finally got us a transfer from here to our next accommodation in Hue.
The location is great, we went on foot to the old town in 10min and we took the bikes for free to go to the beach (which we really recommend).
The hotel itself is nice, a little less grand than in the pictures.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very positive is also the free bike rental, access to three different pools and a great breakfast. Overall definitely a recommendation, especially since the value for money is really excellent.
