The property has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun time in Hoi An! I was satisfied not only with the facilities but also with all the staff members. Kevin, Linda and all other staff members were very friendly, kind and supportive. I totally loved staying at Nostalgia Hotel and Spa! The property is located near by the Hoi An city center, so I could easily get there either on foot or by free bicycle. As the hotel is apart walkable distance from the city center in quiet neighborhood, I could have a rest and comfortable time. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I come back to Hoi An!

My family stayed for 4 nights.. Golden Holidays are in quiet area and clean.. Breakfast was excellent and room is clean. My Children borrowed the bikes to go around. it is great to stay in this hotel

ENSO retreat is a few km from downtown Hoi An which is a great benefit in my opinion. Here’s why: The hotel grounds are spacious, super clean and inviting. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing. Rooms are well-appointed and comfortable. No TVs in the room - great! Every room has a private patio for relaxing, and the houses are arranged such that you have a bit of privacy on these patios even though everything is very open. The pools are amazing, too. Transportation to Hoi An and to the beach is stress free - the hotel has a free shuttle service and free-to-use bicycles, but will also help arrange (inexpensive) rides or scooter rental. The staff is fantastic - very helpful and knowledgeable. It goes a bit without saying in Vietnam, but we felt very safe, too.

All the staff Katy, Tracy, lily and Lucy were amazing they went above and beyond for us, so friendly and understanding to our needs, I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Hoi An, location was good, it’s was clean and quiet with a lovely pool.

The bedroom was clean and spacious and we loved having the bath in the room. The staff were exceptional with their service and care. A special mention to Lily who was so helpful and felt we got to know. Nothing was too much trouble. The shuttle to and from the old town was so convenient and we also made use of the free bicycles. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
