the staff were so friendly, will was super insightful and li always had the answers to my questions. it was a nice peaceful hostel, but did offer opportunities to do group activities such as a dinner out and a movie night. the pool was super refreshing and the beds were the most comfortable ones I've had on my trip. soft pillows, duvet and comfy mattress. the rooms were secure and there was easy access not just to the beach, but also to the town. (I rented a bicycle with a route suggested by the owners, which allowed me to see more of the area than I had planned to).

Beautiful hotel, very large and clean room. Shower and bed super comfortable and staff of the hotel is amazing and so helpful. Really one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the beach, and is also near a street with small restaurants, stores etc.... we also enjoyed the usage of the free bycicles. And the staff assisted us with the booking of a motorbike, cookingclass and arranged us a transfer to pick us up and return us to the airport. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was absolutely wonderful.

KA Villa Hoi An is in a class of its own. The 3 star rating doesn’t do them justice in any way. In many aspects they exceed even 5 star hotels for their hospitality, service and personable approach. If there is anything to go by it should be the ratings on TripAdvisor or Booking.com. It starts even before you arrive. You will get an email asking you if there are any special circumstances or wishes you want them to prepare for. This ranging from an airport pick up to recommendations for tours, restaurants, etc. Their hospitality is unmatched. They show genuine care and warm feelings towards their guests throughout your stay. Nothing seems to be too much for the staff to make your stay a memorable one. As far as facilities go: everything you might require is available. A high class massage, a swimming pool, a lounge with luxurious leather chairs and a koi pond and much more. Laundry service is available and is included in the price for the room. The hotel only serves a great breakfast, both Western and Asian dishes. Breakfast is served in the small courtyard. The furnishings give it a bit of a Parisian vibe. For lunch and dinner there are plenty of small local restaurants nearby. Also don’t forget to ask them for recommendations on restaurants in and around Hoi An. Just tell them what kind of food you are interested in. They arranged for me a dinner at a local seafood restaurant where typically only the locals would go. It was outstanding, but I was the only Westerner there that evening. As far as transportation is concerned: there are almost always some electric taxis waiting outside. They will take you to Hoi An Old Town for less than US$ 4,- one-way. KA Villa Hoi An is the place to stay when visiting the Hoi An area. Old Town a 10 minute taxi ride away, set in a local community at a 3 minute walk away from a stunning beach.

What an amazing place to be!! The hotel is near the beach in a very good position, the room view to swimming pool and the coconut trees,very big and modern design with balcony, the pool amazing the banana trees do shadow so you can swim not in hot sun, very clean and the breakfast delicious, but what makes the difference is the people,Mrs Zui is an amazing woman, kind helpful very good professional she bought us birthday cake for my husband's birthday and a gift for me, she is a friend and Mrs Phuong so cute and kind, she booked us tickets for vin wonders and answered all our questions, also the rest staff was amazing Phu, Youton and Da, I hope to come back sometime and enjoy again the hospitality, thank you for this amazing experience, I highly recommend!!
