Amazing location - Easy to get to the beach and the city centre. Also very nice view. We had the best time there and was well taken care of by owner Ben and staff, this is a very social place to stay! Clean and nice, deff recommend.

Very nice place in a very nice area! Perfect location, only a quick bike ride to the beach and the old town. The place was very clean and comfortable! I travelled here alone, and Be and Hoa really treated me as their friend rather than a costumer. They made me feel so welcome, chatted with me a lot and recommend me lots of nice things to do in Hoi An and places to eat. They made my stay so great!

We stayed for 6 weeks and we would surely return. Perfect location in a quiet area but less than 5 minutes by motorcycle from everywhere. The family that runs the hotel is very charming and friendly, and every service provided is just excellent - we did laundry many times and also rented a motorbike for a reasonable price. Everything is very clean and modern. Internet is also acceptable if you need to work a bit or make a call, and the WiFi is strong as there is apparently a router in every room. Comfortable beds and pillows, and if there is something you don't like, we feel you don't have to worry as the family will for sure take care of your needs. 100% recommended.

This place is quite different from your usual hotel. It’s a renovated homestyle villa with very unique design and lots of lovely details. But what makes it really unique is the art studio in the garden. They have different media, canvas of different sizes, sketchbooks etc… And all extremely reasonably priced. I have kids and I really needed somewhere to resource without any kid, so take note that it’s an adult place
