On our recent stay here, we were pleasantly surprised by the personal attention we received. An F&B staff member came to our breakfast table to ask if there was anything that would make our stay better. We fedback that the air-conditioning wasn't cold enough given the recent heatwave and I had 2 requests for housekeeping. She repeated & clarified my feedback & requests saying she wanted to correctly communicate it to her colleagues concerned. Their staff took prompt action to service the air-conditioner while we were out so that we would not be inconvenienced and it was very effective. My requests to housekeeping were obliged throughout our stay. All the staff were very attentive, polite, friendly and always took initiative to engage us to make our stay so comfortable.

Linh, the manager was kind and took care of booking additional activities for me when I asked her. She recommended great local places like cafe, vegetarian bistro, tailor etc. The room was quite big, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly made and there were a few options to choose from. I arrived early in the morning and requested earlier check in, which was possible. Good value for money.

This a small hotel with very good and personal service from the family that runs it. The room was good and cleaned every day. The breakfast is cooked to order and we especially liked the PHO noodle soup. The staff was helpful with everything that we needed, such as booking trips and any information that is around. The hotel is in working distance from the downtown. The swimming pool was nice.
