On our recent stay here, we were pleasantly surprised by the personal attention we received. An F&B staff member came to our breakfast table to ask if there was anything that would make our stay better. We fedback that the air-conditioning wasn't cold enough given the recent heatwave and I had 2 requests for housekeeping. She repeated & clarified my feedback & requests saying she wanted to correctly communicate it to her colleagues concerned. Their staff took prompt action to service the air-conditioner while we were out so that we would not be inconvenienced and it was very effective. My requests to housekeeping were obliged throughout our stay. All the staff were very attentive, polite, friendly and always took initiative to engage us to make our stay so comfortable.

This hotel was bliss. Close to the centre of Hoi A but not trapped amidst it. Staff lovely, room wonderful. Breakfast okay. Bed was big and comfortable. We loved the whole vibe of the place. It lives up to its name. We will 100% be coming back when we are next able to come to Viet Nam.

Loved this family run hotel. Our young kids found the bonsai trees and pond of koi carp and other large fish super interesting. Breakfast was made fresh to order from an array of options and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

We loved everything from the beautiful clean rooms to the extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had an amazing view to wake up to every day from the floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was delicious. We could choose American style food or Vietnamese food. The food was freshly prepared. The hosts went out of there way to help out. There had been a flood and the street to the hotel was flooded. They paid for taxis in and out of the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Wonderful tropical atmosphere!!
