Everything was perfect. The staff was super kind and welcoming, they offered many tours and gave recommendations on what to see in Hoi An. Breakfast had good options of fruits, cakes and much more. Rooms were big and clean. There was a pool table, where you could play and spend some time. Motorbike rent, laundry washing and shop is near to the hotel.

What can I say? everything was perfect: bungalows, swimming pools, kindness, attention and courtesy of the staff, exceptional spa, excellent breakfast...
We were also traveling with a celiac child and the staff at breakfast made us find warm gluten-free bread.

Perfect location, just on edge of old town and easy cycle to An Bang Beach. Easy to grab supplies on walk back. Lovely collection of places to eat and drink around. Enormous relaxing bath! One of the best resorts we have stopped on our tour.

One of the best places I have stayed in. Everything from the breakfast to the room to the pool was perfect and what made it even better was the staff and especially Huong who runs it. I have never felt more welcomed in a new place and it truly felt like a home. The location is perfect to get a bit more relaxation, but still close enough to the center, especially if you rent a bike from the place next door. I will for sure be staying here next time I come to Hoi An. I also really recommend getting clothes made here. Huong went beyond what could be expected to make me happy and I really was. I am so grateful to her.

Great! Excellent service! The environment is very unique! I booked in the off-season and it was good value for money. We stayed in Room A1, and spent the night watching the stars.
When you close the curtains at night, it's like a princess's bedroom in ancient times. There's no fear at all, and mosquitoes can't get into the bed. It is recommended to eat lunch there on the first day. The prices in the lobby bar are reasonable, but not excessive. Anyway, they are not specifically trying to make you a little money, they just focus on making you happy. There are not many extra charges at checkout.

We arrived at Lime Villa late evening and checked in with an efficient male staff who gave us all information required. Our room was excellent spotlessly clean and fabulous decor. Balcony overlooking pool and garden area. Breakfast good and Tina so helpful and friendly she is a great asset to Lime Villa

Beautiful cozy and clean rooms, the hotel location was perfect for me, you can still walk to the old town, yet you can experience very authentic Vietnamese atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also very close to the rice fields, which I loved. I enjoyed very much simple, but delicious breakfasts. I would 100% recommend it and I would love to come back. I had wonderful time during my stay at Hoi An Palmy Villa.
