The place is cozy and beautiful. The hosts are the BEST, always trying to help you with everything, really kind and attentive. The breakfast is Delicious (best bahn mi in town). Highly recommended, I rate 11 out of 10, would definitely go back to the same place.

Thanks to Spring, Sunny, and Kimmy for the great hospitality and kindness. They were helpful throughout my trip. I loved that the water was in glass bottles and freely available. The location was perfect for me to do what I wanted. I loved the walking tour with Cindy and the history talk with Mr. Bao. You could feel the national and cultural pride of the staff and the hotel was quiet despite being in such an ideal location.

The breakfast had a good spread, though it leaned more toward international options rather than traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Depending on your preferences, this could be a positive or a drawback.
The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk to the main town area, making it fairly convenient. The staff were friendly and provided recommendations for places to visit, although the tailor shops they suggested were on the pricier side.
The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a gym, spa, and pool, but I didn’t get the chance to use them as I was out exploring most of the time. A nice perk is the free rental bicycles.
Overall, a comfortable stay with good service and facilities.

Very helpful staff. Inside hoi an ancient town can go anywhere by walking distance. Hotel book us all the tours like Ba na hills and bamboo boat ride. Breakfast was really very nice.

The staff and location were great. Breakfast included was a big plus. I had a very early flight leaving at 6am and they so kindly had orange juice and a sandwich prepared for me to take on the road. The security guard came a few minutes before just to make sure I was awake!
