This was the best stay I have had in years in Vietnam. It's a family run homestay but the rooms are actually equipped like in a hotel. It's in a perfect location, in quiet street, close to everything. The breakfast is prepared by the brothers Mat and Viet and their wives and they are tastier than you can imagine. You can choose from a variety of options. This family would do anything to please you and make your stay in Hoi An unforgettable. You just don't want to go home.

Hosts are extremely friendly and puts in 101% effort to make us feel comfortable and at home from the minute you arrive. They provide you with a small map of Hoi An and walk you through recommendations for food, shopping and other activities.
Got upgraded to a bigger room and hosts even bought us Banh Mi and local pastries for the road on the day we were leaving.

The room is basic but has all the essentials one would need- fridge, aircon, fan, hair dryer, HOT water and Wifi, so it is really good value for money. The location is a quiet side street that is still a very short walk to old town so it's extremely convenient. Most importantly all the staff working there are very lovely and always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. Especially grateful to Wendy who not only gave me detailed directions for every aspect of my trip, she was forever willing to go out of her way to make things easier for me and always checking in to make sure that I had something to do and advising me on where to eat and go! I didn't have to do any research or planning on my own because she took care of everything!

This is a great hotel. It is right next to the old town, rooms are basic but have all you need, the pool is a real comfort after a long sweaty day up and about. Service was great. Great hotel for a family, a real oasis in a busy city.

Lovely character hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Helen who welcomed us was attentive to what we needed. She assisted us to book tours. We were able to leave our luggage while waiting to book in and afterwards while waiting to get a late train.

I loved everything about this place! The staff was super kind, helpful and welcoming. They always support with a smile. Rooms were beautiful, big, clean and comfortable. The food is great quality and variety. The pool was also nice. They also give you the opportunity to use their towels at the beach for free and have a shuttle for the beach. The position is great as you can reach the old town in a few minutes walk (roughly 5 minutes). Lovely place, highly recommended!!!
