We loved everything about this hotel. We had our balcony overlooking the garden and the river, we loved the view and it was so pleasant to spend some time there in the evening. The garden and the pool are very well maintained and they look beautiful. The room met all our expectations and I have to appreciate the very big shower and the great water pressure. The pool is big, surrounded by trees and plants and we did not have any issue on finding sunbeds. They have a pool bar also and even happy hour. The location is great also, in a calm area of Hoi An but only 5 minutes away of the night market, river and action. We also used their transportation from Da Nang airport to the hotel and everything went very smooth. Breakfast was fine, I would say similar with other hotels we stayed during our Vietnam tour.

It’s a real homestay at a local family. Father and mother care of the guests with true love and genuine smile. Hoang speak well English and help parents on phone if we had questions. Small children are cute and smiley too. Home made breakfast, it’s worth to order! Hoang also helped to organize our daytrips and help to buy tickets to Hoi An memories show, thank you! Building is newly renovated, brand new inside and outside. Wide and very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, only few steps from city center in a quiet street. Mini Market, Massage, restaurants almost next door. Release of lanterns at the river cca 200m from Nam Hoi Homestay.

The family room is spacious, facing the small road leading to the ancient town, night market and river. Best location. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, and everything looks new. Host and hostess are kind, and do everything you ask for including arranging for tour or massage. Breakfast is good which includes one drink and one main each pax, and a plate of fruits to be shared.
