We had such a wonderful stay at the Hoianese Heritage Hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by the staff. The rooms were spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s central location made it so convenient to visit all the highlights of Hoi An, yet it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to rest peacefully. I especially want to mention An and Spring at the reception—they were absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly, and always ready to help, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was giving us great tips about exploring Hoi An or simply greeting us with warm smiles every day, they truly made our stay memorable. Hoi An itself is such a hidden gem. The town, its people, and the culture are so special that we honestly regret not staying longer. Every moment felt magical, and we know we’ll be back to experience more.

The host and her husband are super kind and always ready to help. The rooms are amazing (we had the big one with the window and it was so clean and comfortable). It’s a bit outside Hoi An but the hosts had bikes for us (for free) and we used them everyday to go into the city center (6 min). Would 100% recommend.

Nancy and Emily are the best hosts we have ever had. Their recommendations were spot on, the hidden gems tour they arranged has been the highlight of our trip, and they booked us the best seats for the Teh Dar show. The hotel is incredibly nice and the service is amazing.
