This was the best hotel I stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need – it was actually the only hotel I found that offered hair conditioner! The location is perfect; the Old Town, restaurants, cafes, and tailor shops are all within walking distance.
The real highlight is the staff. An and Helen are the heart of the place – incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to answer questions or offer recommendations. At check-in, you receive a brochure with all the essential information. The hotel also offers a free walking tour, which is a wonderful introduction to Hoi An and its history. Cindy was a fantastic guide, answering all questions with genuine enthusiasm.

Pleasant room with plenty of space, and an exceptional balcony. Very well located in a quiet street (easily walkable to the old town). The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful! Very attentive during our stay and often gave us tips about places to go to have a coffee/food/visit, and it's really worth it! :)

Tue Tam family was so lovely! They took so good care of me and made my stay very comfortable even the weather was not so good. I had everything what I needed and got some extra, too. Like a motorbike ride to the city and little snack with me when I left. I just loved to stay with them and will be back next year.

The very sociable hostess welcomed us in a very modern small building designed personally by the male host. We were able to have many conversations with the hostess and even buy beautiful clothes at the showroom on the second floor. Although it was possible to walk to nearby restaurants, we could also call an electric car for transportation. It was a beautiful hotel where I would love to stay again if I visit Hoi An.

The host of the Homestay is a really lovely man who will do anything to help you; organise tours, laundry, book taxis, lend you a bike, recommend the best spots for everything, you name it!
It is really central without being too noisy - you can walk to most places within a few minutes. The rooms have everything you need and the balconies are really peaceful. Excellent value for money.
