The breakfast was excellent and the staff (Gavy and Sunny) were super friendly and helpful. The hotel also organized a history talk, which was interesting and offered great insights to Vietnamese modern history. Location was good and we got really good recommendations for the activities we wanted to do in Hoi An. All in all, we enjoyed our stay a lot and would visit again.

Mr. Hai is very kind & helpful. He can arrange from leather shoes to trip to “my son”. Everything is clean. The old town is 10 minutes away by walking. The place is quiet.

This is by far the best place we have stayed in Vietnam. Staff was very friendly and helped us book tours and buses. The apartment was spotless and the bed sheets smelled amazing. We had a fully equipped kitchen which has been a rare find so far. We could refill our water bottles at the reception. The minibar was decently priced. The apartment was in a quiet area but we could easily walk to the old town. It provided bicycles free of charge. It had a nice rooftop pool but we didn't use it since it was raining. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing accommodation in Hoi An! The friendly staff were so welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. Plus, the location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

The room was basic, but clean and provides all you need as a budget traveler. AC worked perfectly. Location was great with a 10 min or less walk to the Old Town. The host, Helen, is very welcoming and helpful. Accommodated an early checkin after arriving on the bus at 8 am. Laundry service was quick as well.
