Hotel is in old hoi an, but far away enough from the bustle to be quiet, yet max 15 minute walking to anywhere. The staff (esp Helen at reception) is amazing, she immediately told us all the town had to offer and arranged the tickets bookings for us. Oh and the beds..., they were phenomenal.

I love the homey ambiance of the hotel. Shops are just around the hotel and restaurants near the river are within walking distance. The staff are wonderful. They even noticed that my son was celebrating his birthday when we were there and they provided a cake to surprise him with. I would be coming back to this hotel.

Absolutely loved the hosts! Good recommendations for things to do and very responsive on WhatsApp. Hai got up at 5.15am when we left early for our trip to My Son. Found us a great car & driver for our daytrip to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha & Da Nang beaches..
Rooms comfortable and very clean. Good bed. Hot shower. Free water bottles daily - plus free refills.
Location: Very quiet sidestreet. 10-12 mins walk to the action. Hai provides free bikes on request... great for short excursions (although we hired mountain bikes for a longer trip to the rice paddy's and the beach).

Booked originally for 1 night but extended our stay there as everything was perfect. The room was clean and came with shampoo, shower gel, towels and flip flops. Basic but with everything you might need.
The service is just exceptional. Hien, the lady running the business, is super friendly and extremely nice and would make everything she can to accommodate you.
100% recommended!
