It’s the best hotel I stayed in in my almost 3 weeks Vietnam trip. Hotel is authentic, super comfy, clean and just so hospitable. Especially the Spring and An! Our stay at Hoian central was outstanding. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff so kind and helpfull and the location a must. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and many other good meals. They provide free bicycles. A best in Hoian.

Big, beautiful, clean room. Comfortable bed. Wonderful family owned accommodations. She upgraded us when we checked in because we were staying 10 days. We tried a couple of the restaurants she recommended. A walk across the park to Ancient Old Town. Small pool was nice. Used it a couple times as it rained for a few days.

As an architecture, interior design and art enthusiast, Kaia Gallery was the perfect space for me. The room was on the smaller side but everything that we could possibly need was there. The staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful about local eats and local activities. They provided us with a detailed list of recommended places, had free vintage bikes available for us to cycle around town, booked show tickets for us and let us pay later upon check out. Their breakfast was incredible, not a buffet but a la carte and carefully arranged to the littlest detail. Thanks for everything. This truly is a place I wish to return again.

Excellent value! Absolutely loved the hosts! Good recommendations for things to do and very responsive on WhatsApp. Hai got up at 5.15am when we left early for our trip to My Son. Found us a great car & driver for our daytrip to Marble Mountain, Lady Buddha & Da Nang beaches.. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Good bed. Hot shower. Free water bottles daily - plus free refills. Location: Very quiet sidestreet. 10-12 mins walk to the action. Hai provides free bikes on request... great for short excursions (although we hired mountain bikes for a longer trip to the rice paddy's and the beach).
