All staff was very kind. Even though we arrived there very late without any notice in advance, they greeted us with a much of smile. And the breakfast was awesome.

A nice hotel near Ancient town. And good place for sleeping after long trip from Hue. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the room had lots of natural light, a beautiful balcony and all the facilities one could possibly need or want while travelling. Amazing things are the bathtubs, and small garden in the front, you can find at any hotel with the same price. The staff was most helpful and always pleasant and polite. They organized tours and transportation for us which was superb in each situation. Value for money!

Located 10 walking minutes outside the old town & 20 bike minutes to the beach. The bikes we could rent for free. The family running the homestay is really supportive & caring. The rooms are large, clean & we can only recommend this homestay.

Amazing hostel! The owner really makes sure you feel welcomed there, provides customized information about the area depending on your tastes and interests, and overall strives to make feel like you're staying with friends and family. Breakfast is included (either eggs or pancakes), which is cool. You can arrange taxis to/from the airport or train station in Danang; the owner can also help with bus tickets. The hostel is not in the old town per se but close enough. You can bike there in 10-15 minutes ... or get a 2 dollar taxi on Grab app that will take you there in 5 minutes. The private bed I got was huge, the bed too and very comfortable.

The location was perfect to visit Hoi an. We used bikes provided by the hotel and it was very nice. They also rented us a scooter for free. Although the owners did not all speak English, they were very nice and thoughtful.

We had a great time in the Qualia Hotel. Ha at the reception was very helpful and gave us great recommendations about food and a tailor in town. The hotel is slightly outside the main area in Hoi An, which makes it a little less noisy. Also, the breakfast ist awesome and we had very comfortable beds, which is not always the case in Vietnam.
