Everything was amazing! Staff was always helpful, always answered questions. which was really sweet. In the street where hotel is - a lot of places to eat. Hotel is in a perfect location, you can walk to anything almost because it’s in the middle of cool places and attractions.

I was truly impressed by my stay! The service was outstanding – staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond and promptly addressing any requests. Our room revealed a direct, stunning view of the fireworks.
The complimentary cable car tickets were a wonderful and appreciated perk. Breakfast was another highlight; everything was delicious and freshly made. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff, especially the owner, were very friendly and helpful. There's even a WhatsApp hotline for questions about the apartment or the island.
The apartments are new, modern, and very clean, including the towels and other amenities. Also you can see the daily fireworks from the apartments and the rooftop pool is beautiful.
We loved it so much we extended our stay twice.
When our original room was already booked, the staff upgraded us to a bigger one at no extra cost.
They really go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable!

The best hotel we have stayed so far. The receptionist Nhung was so helpful and informative. All the other hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. Great location and the seaview room is beautiful. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Highly recommended!
