We went as a family with a four year old. The place was perfectly set up to enjoy the pool and the beach with a delicious in house restaurant. The pool came with pool toys available for anyone to use and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The rooms are a very generous size with bottles of water dropped to your door daily. We stayed for four nights and later in our trip around Vietnam we returned another four nights as we had such a good time. The staff are excellent especially Quan who our daughter adored and would run to give a hug every time we saw her in the restaurant. There is a bar onsite but we couldn't hear any of the music in our poolside room (127) which is on the other side of the property. Instead of using the inhouse laundry I contacted a local launderette via google maps (Laundry P Ganh Dau) that did a 24hr pick up and drop off, it was VND50,000 per kilo.
It is near enough to the Bee Farm (free entry, wonderful coffee and fruit juices with honey as well as great products) if you wish to visit something on the island and about an hour from the airport.

the location was absolutely exceptional. Heaven on earth. Resort clean, quiet friendly owners. Possibility of renting a scooter, kayak, arranging taxis, massages etc all perfect. So we will definitely be happy to return to KIM2BE

instead of stay russia winter .. staying here live summer .. like paradise for me ..for everything 1 million thank to hotel team ..Everything was excellnt.. i stayed 1 month here . i feel comfortable same as my home. comfortable beds. two air condition. very near very free bus station. very near central of grand world.. near all cafe restaurant night bazaar.. also beach 5 10 minutes walk.. at beach very comfortable sunbes umbrealla free... Grandworld was newly built area .. like europe everything was designed....this hotel in the heart of grandworld..i stayed at this hotel 1 month .. without any error.. now i give 10 point.. if i have 1000 ... igive completely 1000 point.i can not say any bad world to this hotel.. 1 million thanks to all hotel team. ...

The hotel staff was extra ordinarily hospitable. They took special care of our needs and prepared veg meals for us for breakfast daily along with porridge for our infant. They offer free pick and drop to nearby areas - Grand World, Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders. The rooms were spacious and clean. The locality was walking distance from grand world and staff was very cooperative. We extended our stay in the hotel due to their extremely polite behaviour.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Hotel in Phu Quoc! The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating—always ready to help with any request. One of the highlights was the buggy shuttle service provided by the owner to take us around Grand World, which made getting around so easy.
Every time we were heading out, they even gave us rice cookies to bring along in case we got hungry—such a thoughtful touch! The room was clean and cozy, and overall service exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended if you’re staying near Grand World.

Property is walking distance from the grand world. At this price it's a good deal. The rooms are clean and they provide umbrellas on rainy days. They provide laundry service for only 30 Dong 9 Kg clothes. What else do you want the best hotel we stayed in phu quoc with great price and service. Thanks
