We went as a family with a four year old. The place was perfectly set up to enjoy the pool and the beach with a delicious in house restaurant. The pool came with pool toys available for anyone to use and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The rooms are a very generous size with bottles of water dropped to your door daily. We stayed for four nights and later in our trip around Vietnam we returned another four nights as we had such a good time. The staff are excellent especially Quan who our daughter adored and would run to give a hug every time we saw her in the restaurant. There is a bar onsite but we couldn't hear any of the music in our poolside room (127) which is on the other side of the property. Instead of using the inhouse laundry I contacted a local launderette via google maps (Laundry P Ganh Dau) that did a 24hr pick up and drop off, it was VND50,000 per kilo.
It is near enough to the Bee Farm (free entry, wonderful coffee and fruit juices with honey as well as great products) if you wish to visit something on the island and about an hour from the airport.

We loved the staff's hospitality! We had many bags of all sizes which we needed to drag for a 10-15 minute walk to the vinbus station but didn't need to because Mr. Loi happily made 3 rounds for us on the scooter from the hotel to help us with the bags. He also helped us with the electric scooter renting and arranging the charger for us so that we can move around the island. We also received a sweet envelope from the staff on nye

You can rent bike from here, location close to VinWonders and inside Grand Worlds. Close to restaurant nearby. But if you are walking, it will take 900 m. The room is immaculate, hair dryer and every amenities are there.

The hotel is located on the banks of the canal, in the very center. All locations are within walking distance. The room has a wonderful view of GrandWorld, spacious, clean, with everything you need.
There is an excellent cafe next to the hotel where you can have breakfast. The hostess is very friendly.
