Everything met my expectations - they solved our technical issue immediately and offered generous compensation. The facilities are very clean and nice, the spa has spectacular view from the 19th floor. Breakfast is also excellent just as my overall experience with the staff.

It's wonderful, a great place to feel at home, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Plus, there's the great view of the city and the opportunity to enjoy the huge terrace.
The security staff were very friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe.

Very comfortable family room that came with a good breakfast spread. The hotel operates a free bus shuttle and offers a canal cruise to V&A which was convenient.
The room was great but the staff was exceptional, and that came through when our son became ill. The staff on duty in the mornings of 14 and 15 Dec at the lounge, restaurant and reception (Cindy, Ilham, Tutu to name a few) were genuinely caring and stepped forth to find ways to help. We are very touched by the staff's sincerity and truly grateful for their care.
