Nice apartment in a good location in Sea Point. The area felt safe. We appreciated the rooftop bar/restaurant for breakfast and/ drinks. The apartment was modern and spacious. Good service at front desk.

An accommodation that we will remember, a welcoming host and very attentive to our needs. Welda, Phillip and their cat named Tom Jones who visited us every morning made our stay wonderful. Very good breakfast, the location is good. I really appreciated their advice, and the people that they put us in contact with helped us a lot, and all this made our stay very safe and pleasant. The room was cleaned daily and Welda was available to us via WhatsApp whenever we needed advice or guidance. Big thank you!

Since we booked, Neil contacted us and helped us book a pickup from the airport (a bit more expensive than Uber but, super helpful!). When we arrived Neil greeted us and provided us with information of STUNNING restaurants and tours We booked a tour to the Cape of Good Hope through him which was great!The guest house is located right in the heart of Sea Point! It has a charming dining area where Neil makes you a delicious breakfast daily. My favourite was the eggs with bacon and a plate of fresh fruit afterwards! The room exceeded our expectations, it was really big, and after travelling for a few days staying in small rooms this was awesome! The bed and pillows were super comfy, the shower was great and when the weather was nice the balcony was a great place to relax! Neil and the staff at Villa Cosa were amazing, attentive and kind. I definitely recommend this place and my husband and I wish to come back here on our next visit to Cape Town.

Best service we have ever received from the kindest staff we have ever met. Stayed two nights. We were in a room with a rather small bed, and the hotel let us stay in a larger room for one night (where it was available) free of charge. On our last day our flight didn’t leave until midnight and we got to keep our hotel room for the entire day with no extra charge. Fantastic service, best staff!! The hotel itself is also lovely. And the spa area great too with great massage therapists.

I loved everything, it’s a super cute little boutique style hotel. We didn’t try the food as we had so many plans made outside the hotel, but the staff were amazing and the rooms were super clean. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a 2-floor Victorian guest house below Signal Hill, close to the city, Waterfront and well-known beaches.

It is a terrific accommodation situated at Sea Point, very quite, good parking possibilities, very safe! Sam and Micheal are very friendly hosts, it is very clean, great breakfast, nice pool and surrounding, restaurants are even in walking distance. We really can recommend this accommodation and will be back! Sam and Micheal are wonderful!!! They speak many languages and give many great tips for capetown and other travel plans.
