Luxurious treatment, professional and kind staff. They made my birthday celebration to be so beautiful and we got princess treatment. The place is more beautiful and peaceful in person, the online pictures do not do justice. Every activity was well planned and exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn't wanna leave the Presidential suite.

The location is incredibly convenient, situated in a safe neighborhood that made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.
The apartment itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a welcoming atmosphere right from the moment I stepped in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. They were extremely attentive and the room was spacious, it was decorated superbly and it was a great night out. We were surprised by the attentiveness of the staff at every turn. We had left for a dinner reservation outside of the hotel and when we had returned, we had already had our turndown service sorted and a small cookie and water waiting when we had returned. The shower was great and the amenities were really top class. Sleep was amazing. Room is really dark so we had a really great sleep. In the morning, we had the most amazing breakfast and the staff were really attentive and even remembered that my partner was allergic to mushrooms and had noted it on the breakfast plate. Thank you for the most amazing visit. We will be back!
