We did stay 7 nights into the Deluxe King Room with Balcony (and Marina View). Enough time to experience in full the hotel facilities: swimming pools, gym, lounges, restaurants and bars. It’s all brand new and state of the art equipments, perfectly maintained and clean. The location is amazing, central to most main activities Abu Dhabi has to offer. The staff is extremely welcoming, customer focused, 100% English speaking, and discrete.

Interior and quality of the hotel is top class. Nice view from the room. Extra bed was brought to the room for the kid (free of charge). Outside pool with beach access is great. On-site promos for breakfast, lunch, dinner and more - see hotel website for different promos, and expect special offers during check-in. Breakfast has reach selection of food. Note: we booked hotel without breakfast; we only had breakfast on selected days and thanks to promos it was cheaper; some days we went to other places around to try something else.

I travelled with my elderly parents to show them Abu Dhabi, and we stayed at St Regis based on the reviews at booking.com. All is awesome in this hotel, the room (sea view suite), the amenities, the breakfast buffet, etc .. What really stands out is the kindness of the staff, and how much they try to leave a positive impression. This includes Henry, the butler, who came to introduce himself and show us the room, and even left his card with whatsapp number to contact if needed. There is also the Moroccan man (forgot his name) that was giving dates at the reception. He spent around 15 minutes talking with my parents about Morocco and its beautiful culture. There is also Kumar in the breakfast buffet who did his best to leave a positive impression and was so patient with us, specially that my parents doesn't speak English. Beautiful staff that tries their best to connect and help. Being around in many places, this is indeed so rare to find. Love your hotel and thank you for making out stay as joyful and memorable as it was.

The room was was incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the view of the city and marina, it was a beautiful spectacle of lights at night. All the amenities were of the highest quality, the service attentive and kind. The bed was very comfortable and the bathtub made it so easy to relax after a long day.

The beach, sand, sea... looks like Maldives, only without the reef. 5 stars - absolutely corresponds. Special thanks to Eldar from the Argentinian a-la-card: excellent attitude, excellent steaks and a gift from the restaurant for the wife's birthday left the best memories of the time spent in Maté restaurant. The breakfast buffet is beyond praise.

The staff was amazing, everyone smiling and willing to help. I forgot some stuff in the room and the staff facilitate the shipping to my adress. The difference was definitely made by the people, from cleaners to valet, to beach staff, butlers and reception. They all were great. Breakfast was amazing, crazy variety and taste.
