Everything was perfect, from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. The breakfast was very tasty, and the room was nice and clean. I especially appreciated the huge balcony where we spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful view. The pool was also very pleasant, even though we spent most of our time at the sea,but when we first arrived, our very first stop was the pool. A big thank you goes to the lady who prepared breakfast – she was very kind and attentive. My boyfriend really likes ketchup, which was missing at breakfast, and since he asked her for it once, she would smile and ask him every morning if he would like some. However, I must especially highlight the behavior of the receptionist, Jeny.. he was extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. He helped us with everything and even carried our suitcases up to the room. We would like to sincerely thank you for the entire stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for lovely accommodation with a pleasant atmosphere and great staff! 🌞

This hotel is just the best in Albania for me ! Is one of the most professional with all accommodation and very beautiful design. The bed is so comfortable , the pillows. The balcony has a good view. But the best part is the hotel manager with his recommandations and advice. Ervin is the best. Not far from the beach the city and also 20 minutes to Saranda. In a quiet place to be honest stay here you’ll not regret

One of the nicest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Everything was perfect, hotel is new, modern, cosy and clean. Great location, close to the beach and walking distance to the centre. We spent three unforgettable weeks at this beautiful family-run villa and truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The service was excellent, and the warmth and friendliness of the staff made our stay more special. The location is ideal, just a short 15 minute walk to the beach and within easy reach of all local amenities. One of the highlights is the little on-site grocery shop, which is very affordable and stocked with the essentials, from fresh food to household supplies. Our studio was comfortable and well equipped, featuring a stunning balcony with breathtaking views of both Butrint Lake and sea. Laundry service is also available upon request, which was a great convenience during our longer stay. Without any doubt I’ll be booking here again on my next visit to Ksamil. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and genuinely welcoming place to stay!

The room was new, very clean, and everything was very functional.
