The location is perfect, in the center of Gyumri. It seemed newly renovated, pretty clear in he rooms. Breakfast was also good, everything was there.

The room was nicely decorated with antique furniture, the bed was very comfortable and since the room was facing the internal courtyard, it was very quiet. The bathroom was super clean. The breakfast and hospitality from the owner are outstanding.
