The only reason why it wasn't quiet was because of the protest march and rally in town. But that turned out to be fun, because the music was so good.

We lovely the cosy feel of the accommodation and comfortable beds., kids absolutely loved the heated swimming pool and swum every afternoon. Its very conveniently located in San Martin Martin de Andes, can walk to all the shops and restaurants. We also loved having breakfast delivered to our room every morning - what a treat. Host Diego was very friendly and welcoming. We had lovely walks/hike in the surround national park.

This is a large hostel which is convenient if you want to spend some time alone to organise your admin, etc. Large communal area with tables perfect for laptop use. Impersonal but very functional set up. Friendly and very efficient staff considering the turn over. By far the cheapest place to stay in San Martin

Cabañas del Lacar is very well located, in a calm and beatiful neighbourghood, with a easy access to the mountain and the city center. We have found everything we were looking for and the staff was very attentive. Everyday we received the forecast of Chapelco and at night especial tips for dinner. We have a lot of fun!

Very cosy and warm. Great table to sit around as a family. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Just a few metres from bakery, café etc. Space to park the car off the road.
