Gaby was great, the location was close to the ski lift (walkable), very clean. We were there with 4 adults and 4 children.

The owner was very friendly, he showed everything around, pointed where we can leave the child trolley and snowboard equipment. The house itself is quite old but very cosy. Really felt like visiting grandparents home.
It is very close to Spar market and Hochbrixen elevator.

Appartment is large, well distributed and very clean. We were 4 adults, 2 kids and one baby and felt very comfortable for 4 days.
Underground parking with skies storage is a big plus!

The hotel is a really nice family hotel, with attentive owners. She even spook Dutch to me and they really tried to fulfill my diet wishes. The half pension cooking is also great (contrary to what others say). Very tasteful and better than the regular skiresort food. We had a large room with views over the valley. The hotel is conveniently located between the lifts of the skiing areas of Kitzbuhel (great!), Westendorf/Brixen (nice) and Brixen/Söll etc. (okay for beginners).

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. Seems brand new. Someone obviously thought about the functionality and layout of the rooms in the accommodation because it is absolutely perfect. Perfect location to the slopes where even a five-year-old child can walk to the cable car with skis. Large ski room, fine beds.. Underground garage right next to the lift. Just amazed.
