Perfect weekend with the kids.
Had everything we wanted and more..
We walked from there to Zotter Chockolade on a route recommended by the owners, and had an amazing trip. Even saw some deers.
The vinyard is beautiful, the wine is great (grape), and the hosting family are lovely and caring. Apartment is also beautiful with a high level of equipment.
A real treat in a postcard like scenery.

The couple andreas and andrea and her kids were authentic, friendly and sympathetic! Their knowledge of wine and their individual approach for customers made it easy for us to choose a good selection and feel comfortable in their family place. Every detail was filled with love!

Spotlessly clean, modern, well equipped kitchen area, good shower, comfortable bed, good wifi. Everything top quality throughout the accommodation. The village was wonderfully quiet, with a small but well-stocked shop, a basic pub and an hourly train to the city of Graz. A good base to explore this lesser-known region of Austria, provided you have a car. Tip: a pleasant 30 minute walk along quiet lanes takes you to the Buschenschank of Erich Christiner, with excellent and affordable wines and food. Just check the irregular opening hours.
