Family atmosphere, helpful and friendly owners
Excellently arranged apartment, modern equipment, everything you need for your stay and something extra
Very comfortable beds
High level of cleanliness
Excellent coffee (free) and fresh pastries (for an extra charge) were part of the offer
Verwall valley with lake and Wagner hut
Car trips to St. Christoph, Zürs and Lech, very well functioning buses

Quiet yet super-central location; lockers at the foot of the Galzig lift; intimate cozy hotel size, lovely comfortable immaculate rooms; incredible food; great bar; we didn't use the very nice indoor pool. Most special and wonderful were the entire staff from bottom to top - they seemed to be genuinely having a good time working there together. That's unique. We had fun there too, celebrating 20 years of family European snow vacations.

Every member of staff was so helpful and polite and it seemed like they remembered each of the kids names . Always happy to prepare something different or bring a high chair to the room for us.
The facilities for the kids/toddlers aren’t talked about enough or shown on the website. It is so family friendly but not overwhelming amount of kids either. The family rooms were such a good size. We brought a two year old as well as a 1 year old and had the best time! Will definitely be back.

Well located next to the cable-car and not far from the shops and restaurants. Hotel is nicely renovated, not too big, with nice sized rooms. It was great for us as a family that the main bed could be separated from child’s room with a door (also, 2 tv‘s)

We had an amazing stay in Haus Pepin Eiter, it is a wonderful family run property. It is most suitable for couples and families.

The hotel made me happy! In a few words I will describe: this is a family hotel with excellent gourmet food from a real expert chef, modern and cozy design of rooms, excellently functionally equipped. Great spa area. Perhaps so! Also, good coffee.
