Family hotels and homes in Cooma

I visited Cooma for the Australian Busking Championships, a wonderful event in Cooma attracting some of the most talented musicians in Australia, held in November each year. The location of the motel for the event was a perfect location, it was literally a 3-minute drive to the area where the event was held, which is the main retail area of town. It also would have been a short walk, maybe 20 minutes should I have wanted a little exercise. This is also the location of shops and restaurants in the area. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a bath, a microwave and plates/ knives/ forks which I used to make breakfast. There were also plenty of small packets of biscuits/ tea/ coffee and instant hot chocolate in the room. It was also literally across the road from Mc Donalds and a few other take away options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was great value, for a clean, spacious and pleasant room. I would be happy to stay here again when I return to Cooma for the busking event in November next year.
