Staff were nice at the start kitchen closed and only opened when she wanted it open never came to clean rooms or change beds no full Irish breakfast as a family with kids she kept coming along and shu Shu to the kids knocking of her air config and it never worked in the bed room you had to hold the shower by hand to wash yer self rooms dirty under beds dirty walls dirty not worth the money we were charged

The property was conveniently located. The rooms well equipped and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It is a family hotel and you can tell they put a lot of care into it. When my taxi didn’t show up, they offered to provide the service themselves, being of great help to me :)

nice room, nice that it had 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom for the children. Everything is within walking distance from the apartment. The waterfalls are a 20-minute drive away. Nice family

I had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described, clean and very close to the centre, easy to walk to. The hosts are a local family and extremely friendly and accommodating, you feel at home. Definite recommendation.

Family hotel with spacious rooms and modern bathroom. We had everything we needed (cooker, refrigerator, hair dryer). Rich breakfast. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the church and has free parking. Great value for money.

very clean rooms, very nice and polite receptionist . Great location, we were able to walk to all places in Medugorje, close distance to everywhere so no need to drive. Available car parking. very good location for families with kids, there is green space/garden in front of hotel so kids have possibility to play in front of hotel on green grass and not on the street.
