Everything was very clean, comfy bed, spacious locker, and hot shower. The garden around the hostel and the swimming pool were very regenerative. This accommodation is very family friendly. To use the locker you need a coin of 2 Swiss franc.

Bus station is very near to take you to down town Lugano

We had a very lovely stay. Perfect communication with Elisa, very clean apartment, highly recommendable for families with small children. Elisa even organized a baby bed for our 2 years-old. Thank you!

The restaurant, the bar and the surrounding is amazing. Also the rooms are comfortable. It is child friendly and couple friendly.

Lovely hotel. The room was small, but we were a family of 4 sharing. Lovely little extras for the kids and great advice from reception as to where to eat nearby. The pool was small but absolutely brilliant and the area around it was a lovely place to relax. Fantastic breakfast which we ate by the pool.
