Very well set up apartment/ home. It was Star Wars themed so kids would love it. Location was nice and quiet and we visited it was full of snow. Host Celine wws superb and always there throughout for any help needed.

Very nice accommodation and friendly welcome. The accommodation was practically furnished in a modern style and everything was absolutely clean. The view of mountains from the window and from terrace was amazing.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would really like ti mention Mr. Raul’s name for his commendable hospitality. We did had an early check in which he did it with very smooth process and we also did have a free upgrade from hotel. The service did exceeded my expectations. Great location, awesomely clean. Room size was OK, extremely clean which I appreciate after 8 hs drive. Having a kettle was useful. Location was right downtime and very nice indeed. It was possible to park on the street which was convenient. I would definitely return!

L'emplacement de Gruyère Rooms est exceptionnel. It is incredible value for the room that you are given - we had so much space for two people and with the kitchen we could make ourselves drinks. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the room really comfortable.

The rooms were large and equipped with the basics. The location in the middle of Gruyeres is ideal. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel very welcome.
